Let’s conquer the language barriers that are holding you back from achieving your dreams.

We offer English for New Americans (ENA) classes in Manchester for refugees, immigrants and visitors from many other countries to come together to practice reading, writing, listening and speaking the English language. Our classes offer practical English for living and working in the community as well as conversing with friends and neighbors.

Our curriculum of English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) covers the four core areas of language acquisition: understanding, speaking, reading and writing. Each class addresses the needs of each student’s levels of English proficiency from beginner to advanced and also offers advancement in basic computer skills for enrolled students.

Citizenship classes are offered in the Fall and Spring. These classes are open to anyone needing help preparing to take the exam to become a naturalized American Citizen.

There are also special events such as conversation cafes, holiday dinners and afternoon teas where our students continue to practice conversation with native English speakers in more natural environments.

Each class meets twice a week on alternate days with morning and evening options available to fit your schedule. Classes are available year-round following the local school calendar with summer registration in August and school year registration varying by classroom availability. Students can register and begin classes even after the semester has started.
