Katie Dunfey

Innovation and Strategy Director

Katie Dunfey has worked Southern NH Services for over 20 years. During that time, she has worked in various programs and positions, giving her a broad understanding of the agency. Katie began her career at SNHS in food and nutrition programs and was instrumental in expanding the Summer Food Services Program to provide nutritious meals to children during the summer months. Katie went on to work in the Workplace Success program and lead the charge to develop curriculum for parents receiving TANF to become more employable and have the skills needed to re-enter the workforce. In 2015, Katie became the Operations Manager for the Workforce Innovations and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program.

In 2019, Katie became a Nationally Certified Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) Implementer and a Certified Community Action Professional (CCAP). In her current role as Project Innovation Director, Katie brings her knowledge and experience to help guide the agency toward a Whole Family approach to service delivery. This aims to focus on the strengths and needs of all family members to guide them toward self-sufficiency.

Katie and her three children live in Manchester, NH. In her personal time, Katie enjoys working out, attending concerts, and traveling with her children.
